All current, prospective and former parents, Old Vikings, governors, staff and other friends of the College are invited to celebrate the College's 60th Anniversary in style at a Diamond Ball on Saturday 22 June 2019. This is also an opportunity to say farewell to Gregg Davies, who will be stepping down as Headmaster of Shiplake College after a hugely successful 15 years at the end of June.
Drinks Reception on Front Field: 7.00pm
Guests seated in Prize Giving Marquee: 7.45pm
Dinner: 8.15pm
Dancing and Band: 10.15pm and 11.00pm
Carriages: Midnight
Dress Code: Black Tie
There will be a dance floor for dancing to the live band later on in the evening. A raffle and auction will be held on the evening, with proceeds to be split 50:50 between the College's More Than A Boathouse campaign and the Parents' Association chosen charities this year, the John Radcliffe Neuro Ward, the OCE Rehab Facility and Gap Africa.
