Shiplake College does not select on the grounds of academic ability alone. Applications are welcome from all pupils who have the potential to make the most of the wealth of opportunities that Shiplake can offer. Shiplake College’s aim is to encourage applications from a diverse range of backgrounds. This enriches our community and is vital in preparing our pupils for the modern world.
The majority of pupils join Shiplake in Year 7 (11+), Year 9 (13+) or Year 12 (16+) but occasionally places are available in other year groups. Parents who are interested in applying for a place at Shiplake should complete our online Registration Form along with the registration fee.
