Shiplake College has launched a DT Summer Camp to Inspire Tomorrow's Inventors!
Pupils will design and build a variety of different products making use of our well-equipped workshop under the guidance of our DT staff. All tasks will involve innovative take-home projects so the learning and fun and can continue at home. Learn skills in manufacture, Computer Aided Design, electronics, model-making and much, much more!
The camp is open to boys and girls, from any school, who are due to join Years 6 to 8 in September 2017. It will run from Monday 31 July to Friday 4 August, taking place from 10.00am to 4.00pm each day. The cost for the week is £200 per pupil and includes lunch. The camp will cater for a wide cross-section of experience.
We have been overwhelmed with interest for the camp and unfortunately all the spaces have now gone. We are sorry to disappoint. There is now quite a significant waiting list so it is highly unlikely that there will be sufficient cancellations to accommodate everyone on there. Please but do email Katherine Green if you wish to register your interest for any future camps that may be run.
