Could you ensure pupils are aware of the following:

• They must be in full Shiplake College sports kit for either Rugby or Girls Hockey. Do not wear base layers under playing shirts. Girls must remove jewellery.
• Pupils to arrive at the Pavilion for their photo no earlier than 10 minutes before the timing states. Team coaches please can you manage this. Unless their photo is at the start of Games then they must go to their respective pitches to start training at the start of this Games afternoon
