The annual OVS Golf Day took place on Saturday 8 October 2022. Now in its third year, the four-ball tournament attracts Old Vikings from across the decades.
Players were welcomed to Badgemore Park Golf Club with bacon rolls on arrival and had time to catch up and mingle ahead of the first tee-off just after midday. The weather conditions were perfect for the 18-hole course and the event ended with a winner's presentation back in the clubhouse alongside burger and chips for every player.
Congratulations to the winning team which comprised of Matt Laurenson (07W), Luke Maguire (12E), Will Ewart (07W) and Charlotte Blyth - daughter of Graham Blyth (77E).
The prize for the highest Stableford also went to Will Ewart who won on countback after receiving the same score as Alex Woolnough (06B).
A huge thank you to former staff member Peter Webb for organising the event and to all the Old Vikings who took part.
