Yesterday, Wednesday 23 April, was the first day of term where we welcomed back the student body for the Summer Term. The day began with a Whole School Assembly, where we took the opportunity to recognise those pupils who have excelled in academics and music. 

Just before the Easter holiday, all our pupils received their latest Progress Review of the year. And in Assembly, we recognised those who have made the greatest improvement in their Engagement with Learning scores from the start of the academic year to this most recent Progress Review.  

Speaking in Assembly, Deputy Head (Academic) Mr Jones said: 

‘You are providing an excellent example to others of hard work and determination – particularly those pupils in Years 11 and 13 working towards their public exams.’
