The Girls’ Sports Dinner is always an exciting event at Shiplake College, where all of the coaches, players and support staff gather to celebrate the amazing sporting achievements of the girls throughout the year. As possibly one of the most photographed events of the year, it gives the girls an opportunity to dress up for a fantastic three course meal in the Great Hall.

Once again, the girls managed to punch well above their weight in a number of sports, often competing with or beating much bigger schools. The number of awards given out during the event is testament to the amount of girls’ involved in sport at the College and they must be congratulated on their achievements. Their efforts are matched by those of the coaches and support staff, who work tirelessly to give the girls’ the platform to succeed. The evening was incredibly successful and enjoyed by all.
