The Rev'd Chris Briggs formally announced the 2020-21 Chapel Wardens at the Whole School Assembly last week, following online interviews with candidates.
He said: "The Chapel Wardens team have two main functions under the leadership of the Head and Deputy Head Chapel Wardens. The first is to assist the Chaplain in the organisation of Chapel services throughout the year, and this includes inviting members of different houses to read and take part in services.
"The second main part of their role is pastoral. They are chosen as particularly kind and caring individuals who look after the wellbeing of members of their own houses.
"Their role is very much on the same level as the College Prefects and during the year there are a number of competitive events between the two groups, including the Pancake Race on Shrove Tuesday.
"It goes without saying that I am extremely grateful to those who have served this year. I am delighted with this new team and feel sure they will serve the Chapel and College very well indeed."
