Eight Shiplake pupils have been awarded with prizes at this year's Henley Youth Festival for their amazing artwork. Pupils entered paintings, drawings and craft work under the this year's theme of 'the sea' just before February Half Term.
They were then judged within their age categories. In both the 11-14 and 15-18 age categories Shiplake pupils took home the first, second, third and highly commended prizes respectively.
Pupils were invited to a prize giving ceremony on 13 March, where they were awarded with their certificate and trophies by the Mayor of Henley, Cllr Sarah Miller at the River and Rowing Museum.

- Savannah Mutnikas: First 15-18
- Freddie Carlsson: Second 15-18

- Zac Wilson: Highly Commended 15-18
Congratulations also to all pupils who entered the competition. All artwork is currently on display in an exhibition in the Great Hall.
Head of Art, Mrs Keli Thomas, said: "I am so proud of all our artists who entered the competition. It was brilliant see all the wonderful Shiplake art on display in an exhibition in the River and Rowing Museum and it was really special to have their awards presented to them by the Mayor."
