Summer diets were put on hold this week as staff and pupils flocked to the annual Lower School charity cake sale.
Tables were filled with delicious sponges, muffins, brownies and cupcakes, but they did not last long as the visiting crowds filled their boots, and stomachs, with the tasty treats.
The sales team of Mr Howorth, Mr Beckett, Miss Golding and Matron Mrs Blackwell worked hard to cope with the high demand, and quickly replenished stocks when they were running low. All money raised will be donated to the NSPCC.
There is a final opportunity to buy some cakes on Wednesday at morning break.
