The countdown to Christmas officially begins on Saturday 8 November with the Shiplake College Chirstmas Fayre. As always, the Parents’ Association have organised a range of wonderful stalls selling all sorts of Christmas gifts, so come on down and get into the festive spirit with your family and friends.
This year’s offerings include jewellery, luxury clothing, leather goods, flavoured vodkas, candles, crafts, cosmetics, festive decorations, and numerous other unique gift ideas, allowing you to start your Christmas shopping in style.
Guests can refresh themselves with mince pies or tasty turkey and cranberry rolls accompanied by a glass of delicious mulled wine, and try their luck in the Christmas raffle with fabulous prizes on offer.
Back by popular demand, there will also be a second hand uniform stall allowing parents to stock up on all the essentials for the remainder of this academic year.
The fayre is open in the Shiplake sports hall from 10-00am-3.00pm. All are welcome and entry is free!
