Senior pupils truly inspired those who came to listen to their performances at the first Lunchtime Concert of 2022 last Friday.
Opening with a mesmerising rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody and elegant delivery of I Get a Kick Out of You by Nikita and Noah, respectively, we were treated to some Sinatra, Scarlatti and Lady Gaga courtesy of Leo, Silas and Cordelia in the most stylistic fashion.
To close the concert we all enjoyed a performance from the Year 12 band Idle Thoughts and were left wanting an encore.
Mr Richard Curran, Director of Music, said: "A huge thanks to all of our young musicians for working so hard to prepare for this concert. Thanks also to Mr Good for accompanying Noah and Cordelia and to Mr Elliott for hosting."
